Welcome to WildlifeAtlas. By downloading, accessing, or using the WildlifeAtlas mobile application (the “App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

License to Use the App

WildlifeAtlas grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA).

Subscriptions and Payment

Certain features of the App may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions. Subscription price, duration, and renewal terms are disclosed at the point of purchase within the App. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your Apple ID Account Settings.

Accuracy of Content

WildlifeAtlas provides species identification and educational information intended for general reference purposes only. Identification results are generated using automated tools and may not always be accurate or complete. Always use caution and follow posted park guidance when observing wildlife.

Independence from the National Park Service

WildlifeAtlas is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Park Service or any other government agency.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the App, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it using a method other than the interface we provide.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
